The Google Pixel 10 phone will be released on August 13

Google will launch the Pixel 10 series at the Made by Google event on August 13, and the phones will ship a week later on August 20. The leaker @MysteryLupin was the first to reveal the release date, and a few minutes later, Android Headlines also released the news and added details of when the phones were actually on the market.

Google is expected to launch four Pixel 10 phones this year, including the regular model, Pro, Pro XL, and Pro Fold. Google will most likely release the Pixel Watch 4 at the same event.

At the moment, many details of the Pixel 10 series have been revealed. The base model is expected to come with the same triple camera as the other models, with the addition of a telephoto lens, but in order to achieve this, the camera image quality will be reduced. Pro models, including Fold, are rumored to have changed less, with almost the same camera hardware and design as last year, but instead come with an upgraded Tensor G5 chip and come with advanced AI features to inspire Pixel fans to upgrade.

As for the Pixel Watch 4, leaked renders show that it will be thicker than the previous generation, which could mean a larger battery capacity. Google has also tweaked the charging technology of this watch and added several mysterious new buttons. It also marks the debut of Google’s Gemini AI assistant on its smartwatches, while all new Pixel devices will feature the company’s new, youthful Material 3 Express design language in terms of software.

Last year’s Pixel 9 series was also released on August 13, but the phones were on the market for a longer period of time, with the 9 Pro Fold not hitting the market until almost a month later.
